I was born and raised in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and at 17, I began a lifelong commitment to service by joining the U.S. Navy. I spent the next 40 years as a Reserve Intelligence Officer, retiring honorably in 2011. While serving one weekend a month and two weeks a year on active duty, I also built a successful civilian career with Delta Air Lines, where I worked until my retirement in 2006.

In addition to my military and airline careers, I have spent the past 30 years as a licensed Registered Representative and Insurance Agent. My passion lies in helping individuals plan for a secure and fulfilling retirement. I specialize in straightforward, reliable strategies—focusing on growth and income using tools such as the S&P 500 and Fixed Indexed Annuities to help protect gains while ensuring long-term financial peace of mind.

I’m happily married to Mary Pappas, and together we have five wonderful children and nine amazing grandchildren. We share a love for travel, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work in or visit more than 90 countries around the world!
